Emma graduated with a master’s degree in law from the University of Florence with a thesis in Roman Law titled “Capital Punishment and Retributive Justice in the Experience of Ancient Rome.”<\/p>

Subsequently, she completed an 18-month training internship pursuant to Article 73 of the legislative decree of June 21, 2013, no. 69 at the Civil Court of Appeal of Florence, where she was able to enrich her education through a theoretical-practical training course consisting of working alongside a judge and concurrently assisting with the duties performed by the judicial office of affiliation.<\/p>

During this period, she delved into numerous issues and questions of civil law, with particular reference to the subject of contractual and extra-contractual wrongs, actively collaborating with her supervising judge and the clerks’ offices.<\/p>

She completed her legal internship at Stefani Law Firm, with which she currently collaborates, gaining knowledge in the more strictly criminal field<\/strong>.<\/p>

Qualified to practice law since 2020, she is now registered with the Florence Bar Association.<\/p>

The completion of her legal internship and subsequent professional collaborations have allowed her to develop skills in the criminal field, defensive and preventive investigations, as well as corporate criminal law and administrative liability of entities pursuant to legislative decree 231\/2001, contributing to the drafting of the so-called Models 231.<\/strong><\/p>

Furthermore, participation in post-graduate training schools has strengthened her knowledge base in both civil and criminal fields.<\/p>

Emma currently collaborates with Stefani Law Firm in the management of judicial and extrajudicial practices concerning individuals and legal entities.<\/strong><\/p>
