Giulio earned a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Florence in April 2017, with a thesis in criminal law titled “Incitement to Crime and Psychological Dynamics,” supervised by Prof. Francesco Carlo Palazzo.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, he obtained a second level academic degree from the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the University of Florence in October 2019, with a thesis in criminal law titled “The Attempt of Improper Robbery: A Case of Conflict between Doctrine and Jurisprudence,” supervised by Prof. Fausto Giunta.<\/p>\n

During the same years, he completed his legal internship first at the associated law firm of Prof. Avv. Antonio Andreani and Avv. Francesco D’Addario, delving into issues of administrative law, tax law, and customs law; then, from February 2019, he began collaborating as a trainee lawyer at the Stefani Law Firm, where he learned and applied the methodology of defensive investigations in criminal matters, both in procedural settings and in a preventive context.<\/p>\n

Today, the Attorney provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance to individuals and legal entities in strictly criminal matters<\/strong> at Stefani Law Firm, with particular attention to crimes related to health and safety at work, cybercrimes, crimes against public administration<\/strong>, and “Italian Red Code”<\/strong> crimes<\/strong>. Additionally, with the preventive criminal defense department (ICP \u2013 Investigation Crime Prevention<\/em>), he intervenes in matters of administrative liability of public and private entities arising from illicit acts, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/01<\/strong>, and also deals with related issues such as ESG criteria and Sustainability<\/strong>, pertaining to the area of Corporate Governance and Compliance<\/em>. Moreover<\/strong>, he holds the position of member of the Supervisory Body and is the Manager of Whistleblowing Reports<\/em>.<\/p>\n

He<\/span> has <\/span>been registered <\/span>with the <\/span>Florence Bar Association since 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n

He is the author of contributions and articles on criminal matters in scientific journals and so-called “tier a” journals<\/strong>, focusing on crimes against public administration and crimes against the person.<\/p>\n

He participated in the fourth and fifth editions of the advanced seminars in criminal law titled “Days of Criminal Studies for Doctoral Candidates,<\/em>” organized by Italian Universities in 2017 and 2018.<\/p>\n
