Legislative Decree No. 231\/2001 established the administrative liability of entities for crimes committed, in their interest or for their benefit, by directors, executives, and employees. This is a risk that directly affects the company\u2019s assets, operations, and reputation. <\/p>

Studio Stefani assists companies in preventing and managing this risk through an approach that is the hallmark of its methodology: investigative experience gained in criminal courtrooms and through defense investigations. An Organizational, Management, and Control Model (known as MOGC 231) is truly effective only if it is based on a concrete understanding of how crimes are committed, investigated, and proven. <\/p>

The mapping of sensitive areas and the analysis of the organizational structure are thus conducted from the investigator\u2019s perspective: we verify business processes, workflows, and practices in the field, identifying actual vulnerabilities\u2014not just theoretical ones\u2014before they can lead to unlawful conduct.<\/p>

This activity is carried out in close collaboration with the entrepreneur and the company\u2019s departments, to ensure that the Model does not remain a mere formality but becomes an effective tool for managing crime risk, capable of withstanding scrutiny by the judicial authorities.<\/p>

We participate, as members or chairs, in the activities of the Supervisory Body, ensuring ongoing monitoring of the effectiveness of and compliance with the MOGC 231, and we oversee the establishment of the internal reporting (whistleblowing) systems required by current legislation.<\/p>
