Enrico Ricca

Enrico earned his Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Florence in February 2025, with a grade of 110 cum laude, with a thesis in criminal law titled “The State of Necessity: Between Justification and Excuse.”

In March 2025, he began his legal internship at the Stefani Law Firm, where he is learning the methods of defense investigations, both in the context of ongoing criminal proceedings and as a preventive measure to protect businesses, with the aim of identifying and mitigating the risks associated with the commission of crimes.

Within the firm, he provides assistance and support in the area of criminal defense, working alongside attorneys during both judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, participating in investigative activities such as on-site inspections and conducting interviews with witnesses, as well as working closely with expert witnesses to analyze and evaluate the evidence.

It also handles corporate compliance and the administrative liability of legal entities, participating in the risk assessment, drafting and updating of Model 231, and providing operational support for the activities carried out by the Supervisory Bodies.
